Carmichaels is one of Antigua’s newest restaurants situated on the ridge and overlooks the entire Jolly Harbour Marina and palm fringed beaches out towards the neighbouring islands. To say that the sunsets from here are sensational is an understatement. Couples must go to the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs on Parliament Drive in St. John’s with valid passports, complete the application, pay applicable fees and confirm a date and time for the ceremony with a marriage officer. Required documents include: declarations or decrees whether single, divorced or widowed and an application form. completed at the Ministry of Justice.

Fees total $300USD ($150 license fee, $40 registering fee, $10 marriage certificate fee and $100 marriage officer fee).
