Couples must go to the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs on Parliament Drive in St. John’s with valid passports, complete the application, pay applicable fees and confirm a date and time for the ceremony with a marriage officer. Required documents include: declarations or decrees whether single, divorced or widowed and an application form. completed at the Ministry of Justice.
