Planning a Destination Wedding?

There is no waiting period from the date of issue to the date of the ceremony. The licence fee costs $65 cash and the license is valid for 30 days after issue. Required documentation is valid passports and death or divorce certificates when applicable. Both parties must be at least 18 years of age and the bride and groom must apply for the marriage licence together in person with all necessary documents and a completed application form. The marriage license is issued at the time of in-person application.
