Setting the Scene

St. Lucia is known for the iconic Piton Mountains, offering a backdrop for weddings and unique photo opportunities. Many resorts offer views of the majestic sight. Nearby in Soufrière caldera there are sulphur springs and hot mud pools, visible remnants of former volcanic activity and said to be the only drive-in volcano in the world. The islands landscape is lined with palm-fringed beaches, miles of rainforest, natural waterfalls and breathtaking views. Romance is found in upmarket resorts and intimate inns, as you bask under the sun in this island paradise.

The Heritage Tourism Programme was established to perpetuate adventures that showcase the natural and cultural aspects of the island. This is a collection of genuine St. Lucian experiences such as cassava making and crayfish catching or dipping into icy waterfalls beneath a cascading waterfall. Home to countless activities to enjoy together, take a scenic helicopter ride, mountain bike or ATV ride or horseback ride into a breathtaking sunset on a stunning beach.
