Planning a Destination Wedding?
Couples must reside in the Turks & Caicos Islands at least 48 hours before applying for the marriage licence. The licence is processed in a day or two. The licence fee is $100USD plus $20 for the marriage certificate.
Original documents to be produced in person are valid passports, birth certificates, proof of single status, letter stating both bride and groom occupations, marital status, age as of last birthday, present address of residence and father’s full name. Couples should have photocopies of all original documents as well. All copies need to be certified by a notary. For church weddings most Ministers require proof of membership.
